Technical integration and implementation consultant as well as project responsible on CRM customer projects. Ongoing maintenance, service and optimization of CRM production systems on larger accounts, with e.g. CTI to Nortel, Ericsson and Avaya.

Review of processes and workflows for customers and helped create an added value of the implemented softwareapplications at the customers place as well as DM Software. Also responsible for earningsand quality on the customers.
